Doors have ONE (1) YEAR warranty against manufacturing defects. However, it is very important that you or the designed person to install the Door,  carefully read and follow the installation instructions as well as the maintenance instructions to avoid any damage to the product.

Please NEVER use ABRASIVE SUBSTANCES such as CHLORINE, ACETONE, DETERGENTS, BLEACHERS, AMMONIA or VINEGAR to clean your doors. All of these abrasive substances can irreparably damage wood surfaces, and this is NOT covered by the warranty against manufacturing defects.

Yes of course. You or your carpenter or technical staff can be assisted by phone by a EuroHardware advisor to resolve any technical questions you may have when installing the doors.

According to our purchase policies, the maximum time period for exchanges is 15 days after purchase. It is important that you keep your purchase receipt, the door without signs of use (scratches, stains, perforations), keeping the original packaging, manuals and other accessories in perfect condition.

No. We do not have money back policies, because with our company you have the possibility to come directly to our showroom in Miami, measure the dimensions, touch and feel the quality of the materials and finishes of the wooden doors, even before paying for them.

In the event that you change your mind about the door you purchased, you can request an EXCHANGE for another product (as described in question #10), or you can also request a «STORE CREDIT» which works similar to a coupon that you can use to buy any other product in our catalog, within a maximum period of 1 year.
