Please NEVER use ABRASIVE SUBSTANCES such as CHLORINE, ACETONE, DETERGENTS, BLEACHERS, AMMONIA or VINEGAR to clean bathroom faucetes. All of these abrasive substances can irreparably damage bathroom faucets surfaces, and this is NOT covered by the warranty against manufacturing defects.

Yes of course. You or your plumber can be assisted by phone by a EuroHardware advisor to resolve any technical questions you may have when installing the faucets.

According to our purchase policies, the maximum time period for exchanges is 15 days after purchase. It is important that you keep your purchase receipt, the faucet without signs of use (scratches, stains, perforations), keeping the original packaging, manuals and other accessories in perfect condition.
