Refund policy

1.⁠ ⁠Returns

You may return eligible merchandise within 15 calendar days from the original purchase date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To qualify for a return, products must:

Be unused, uninstalled, and undamaged.
Be in their original packaging with all parts, accessories, manuals, and hardware included.
Be in new, resalable condition.

If your order was placed online, please log into your account and submit a return request.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee covers inspection, handling, repackaging, processing, and inventory restocking costs. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or the product arrives defective or damaged.

Euro Hardware and Baths reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Vanities
Gift cards
Clearance, closeout, or final sale items
Special-order or custom-order products
Installed, assembled, modified, or used products
Products returned without original packaging
Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or customer handling

Partial refunds may be granted when merchandise is returned with missing parts, damaged packaging, or in any condition that reduces its resale value.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

Order Cancellation Orders may be cancelled before the item(s) are shipped (see exceptions*) and a cancellation fee may apply.
